You may cancel an order with www.bestawnings.com by providing written (email) notice to www.bestawnings.com within 2 business days (48 hours) of placing the order on this site, including the reason you are canceling your order. Due to our production schedule, you may not cancel an order more than 2 business days after the order is placed. In the event of a permitted cancellation, www.bestawnings.com will credit your original credit card the full amount of your purchase and mail you copies of the cancellation transaction.

SHIPPING
& DELIVERY
Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping. We will email you on the day your order ships, with the freight carrier's name, telephone number, and tracking number. We carefully pick our freight carriers to deliver www.bestawnings.com products, including the following nationally recognized carriers:
- Southeastern Freight Lines
- Yellow Transportation
- Watkins Motor Lines
The freight carrier will telephone you in advance to notify you of the delivery. The carrier is required to deliver shipments only to the front of residences. The carrier will deliver to loading docks of commercial buildings. You or your authorized representative must be at the shipping address to receive the shipment. If you are not at the shipping address to receive the shipment, the carrier cannot make the delivery. You will be responsible for any additional shipping or holding charges arising from your failure to be at the shipping address to receive shipment. SHIPPING DAMAGE
We have taken reasonable precautions to ensure that you receive your product in factory condition. If products are damaged during shipping, please follow the instructions below. If you do not follow these required procedures, www.bestawnings.com will not be responsible for any damage that occurs once your awning has left our facility and you will be responsible for initiating and completing all shipping damage claims directly with the freight carrier.
If there is damage to the outside of the box or container in which the product was shipped, open the box completely, and inspect the contents immediately, before you sign the waybill (shipping document). Look for any damage to the product. If the product is damaged:
1. If there is minor damage (minor dents, scratches) to the product:
- Get the driver to make a clear notation of that damage on the waybill (shipping document)
- Take photographs or digital images immediately of the damaged box, and damaged product(s)
- Do not discard the box
- Contact www.bestawnings.com promptly. www.bestawnings.com will diligently try to get you a replacement or repair if necessary.
2. If the damage to the product is significant (bent, twisted or broken metal, torn awning):
- Refuse the shipment
- Do not sign the waybill
- You must initiate a shipping damage claim with the freight carrier
- Contact www.bestawnings.com promptly. Www.bestawnings.com will diligently try to get you a replacement or repair.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an order with www.bestawnings.com by providing written (email) notice to www.bestawnings.com within 2 business days (48 hours) of placing the order on this site, including the reason you are canceling your order. RETURNS
We will accept return of a product within 25 days after the product is shipped, subject to the requirements and conditions below. Please understand that we cannot resell returned awnings because they are custom-made products, built to customer specifications, (i.e. frame size, frame color, fabric style, fabric size, etc.). Instead, we salvage reusable parts from returned awnings. We also incur labor and restocking costs. Consequently, we charge customers 40% of the original sale for returned products, in addition to the return shipping costs.
If you return your custom made awning, you must follow the instructions and meet the conditions below in order to receive a reimbursement of 60% of the original sale. If you do not follow these instructions and meet these conditions, www.bestawnings.com may refuse the return, and the shipment will be returned to you, freight collect |

yarn, the color goes all the way through the fabric not just on the
surface. We use Sunbrella® brand fabrics exclusively for all of
our European retractable lateral arm awnings. |

| |
The
Flat Hood is optional and recommended for areas where the awning is
exposed continuously to the weather when rolled up. The hood will
help prolong the life of the awning fabric.
The width of the optional flat hood will be 6 inches (total) wider
than the width of the awning (3 inches wider on each side).

with each motorized retractable lateral arm awning we sell.
Somfy™ has long been the industry leader in innovation
and reliability.
These come in either a standard 4-wire version (requires hard
wiring to switch) or a radio controlled version that's easy
to install.

| Manual Override Motors (CMO) |

Includes a compact gearbox to allow manual operation in the
event of a power failure. We recommend this motor if you live
in an area where you experience stormy weather accompanied by
power outages. Includes a hand crank.

A standard wall switch mounted in a weatherproof box with
a plug-in power cord. Just mount the box on your wall and plug
it in to an existing wall outlet. Includes 6' of cable to the

Transmitter
This transmitter is the
same as the Telis 1 Patio Transmitter above, but it
allows the consumer to operate up to 4 awnings individually,
with just 1 transmitter.
This transmitter also has a 5th channel which allows

in / out / stop at the same time).

is for use with a Soliris RTS Sun and Wind Sensor. Consumer
will receive one remote per Soliris Sensor.

Consumer can turn on or off the sun sensor with remote.
